Bien que né dans le Val-de-Marne, il s'envole alors à peine âgé de 15 jours pour la Martinique d où ses parents sont originaires. Il passera toute sa jeunesse sur « l île aux fleurs », d'abord au Carbet puis à Schoelcher.
Chris Macari suivra la quasi-totalité de sa scolarité dans les établissements du centre-ville de Fort-de-France. De l école primaire de Carénage, en passant par le collège Ernest-Renan, il fréquentera le même prestigieux lycée Victor-Schoelcher, du père du concept de la négritude, Aimé Césaire.
Après avoir obtenu son baccalauréat économique et social en 1998, il regagne la ville de Paris pour poursuivre des d études supérieures d arts graphiques à l ESAG Penninghen, qu il validera brillamment cinq années plus tard avec mention.
Dès lors, Chris Macari s est installé dans le paysage audiovisuel avec succès, grâce à de remarquables réalisations pour des artistes confirmés tels que Booba, Nessbeal, Despo Rutti, Mac Tyer, Rim K, Mokobe, Rohff, Snoop Dogg, Bushido, Kery James, La Fouine, Admiral T, Soprano, Sefyu, Casey, Léa Castel, 113, Alonzo, Princess Lover, Ali Angel ou encore Tony Parker.

Macari was born in the Val de Marne in France, and left with his parents for Martinique two weeks after his birth. He grew up on Martinique, first in Carbet, and then in Shcoelcher. He was educated in the capital city, Fort-de-France. He went to Ernest Renan Secondary School and to Victor Schoelcher High School. He graduated with an A-level in economics in 1998, and went to Paris for graphic art studies at the Grande Ecole of ESAG Penninghen, obtaining a diploma with honours in 2003. He undertook a career in direction and production, and has worked with artists such as Snoop Dogg, Bushido, Booba, Kery James, La Fouine, Mac Tyer, Mokobe, Soprano, Rim K, Sefyu, Rohff, Nessbeal, Casey, Despo, Soprano, 113, Princess Lover, Tina, Ali Angel, and Tony Parker.
